January Update

As we look back at December and January, we have so much to celebrate. A wonder Christmas lunch at the Blue Bell in Werrington where we raised money for Hope into Action in Peterborough.

We are thrilled to have admitted nine new members and have started a new initiative in term time, on a Tuesday morning for pre school children called Story Birds (see below). This is a time for them to come together to hear stories, enjoy music and sing and grow together. We hope they will begin taking small steps of faith as we meet overtime. We had nine little ones on our first week which was very encouraging as we step out in faith. 
It has been a real joy to see these young people coming into church and joining in with all that is offered. The response from childminders and carers has been very encouraging.

On February 19th we will be meeting in St John’s for our AGM; Rev. Sue will lead us in Holy Communion and encourage our ministry with a talk.
