Please check with the Parish Office before booking anything.

Also, please bear in mind that, if your event is not a regular one, you need to put the heating on yourself (about ½ hour beforehand), and turn it off when you leave.

Please always return the key to the key safe once you have let yourself into St John’s.  two reasons

1. When someone else wants to get in they cannot. Sometimes if there is someone alone in there other people may not be able to make themselves heard knocking on the door.
2. If someone who went into St. John’s alone (using the key from the keysafe), has an accident and telephones for help, others (or the Emergency services) will not be able to get in.
